POLARIS WOSB
Polaris is a GSA Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) designed to provide Federal agencies with customized information technology (IT) services and IT services-based solutions. SH Synergy LLC is an awardee under the Polaris Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Pool.
Polaris is a multiple-award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year base ordering period and one five-year option period, providing a total potential ordering period of up to ten (10) years.
Under the Polaris GWAC, Federal agencies may procure customized IT services-based solutions tailored to meet specific mission needs. These solutions may include a broad range of IT services and emerging technologies that evolve over the life of the Master Contract.

Sustainability and Climate Change
In accordance with GSA POLARIS Master Contract requirements, if electronic hardware is procured as ancillary equipment during the performance of a POLARIS task order, SH Synergy LLC commits to ensuring that such products meet or exceed the Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT) Bronze level or equivalent environmental standards.
As a primarily service‑based IT contractor, SH Synergy LLC’s environmental impact is limited; however, we remain committed to complying with all applicable federal sustainability and environmental requirements.
